KEL has a parts section, who concentrates on parts delivery and management, which is skilled at the parts import/export business.

    KEL has already established an own-managed warehouse (around 1500M2) which has been running successfully for more than 5 years.

    KEL will deliver parts as follows:

    ●Regular time (Monday ~ Friday/8AM~6PM) <2 hours
    ●Non regular time (Monday ~ Friday/off time) <3 hours
    ●Saturday and Sunday <4 hours
    ●National Holiday <6 hours
(Non regular time and Holiday are emergency only and chargeable option)

    If some parts are out of stock, the delivery time from vendor abroad to local would be:3-7 working days.

    KEL has developed a system to monitor for parts usage, paying special attention to consumable parts. This system detail each parts’ usage.

    KEL/vendor monitor their own stock status and review their parts stock level according to the actual stock usage every 6 months.

    KEL/vendor provide a consignment and consumable parts stock list to customer based on mutual agreement.

    KEL parts group will submit a parts stock statistics report to vendors parts center every month or anytime requested.
